1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Small Sprinkles website (smallsprinkles.ie) and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Small Sprinkles is operated by Small Sprinkles Limited, registered at Sky Business Centres, Unit 9, Damastown, Dublin 15, D15 PA4C, Ireland.

2. Products

We sell greeting cards and party supplies including party bag kits. All products are intended for use by children aged 3 and over unless otherwise stated. Products are not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts.

Product images on our website are for illustration purposes only. Colours may vary slightly from those shown due to screen settings and print processes.

3. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age

• The information you provide is accurate and complete

• You are authorised to use the payment method provided

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

A minimum order value of €15 applies to all orders.

4. Pricing and Delivery

All prices are shown in Euro and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

We deliver to Ireland and the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery. If your order does not arrive within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at info@smallsprinkles.ie.

5. Returns and Refunds

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason (cooling-off period).

To exercise your right to cancel, contact us at info@smallsprinkles.ie within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods in their original condition.

6. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@smallsprinkles.ie with a description and photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

7. Product Safety and Liability

All toy products sold by Small Sprinkles comply with the EU Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC and carry CE marking where required. Products are sourced from reputable suppliers who provide relevant safety documentation.

Products marked as suitable for ages 3+ contain small parts and must not be given to children under 3 years of age. Adult supervision is recommended when children are using party bag contents.

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Small Sprinkles Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on smallsprinkles.ie including logos, text, images and card designs is the property of Small Sprinkles Limited or is used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our written permission. Greeting card illustrations are used under licence from Shutterstock.com.

9. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. Your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law are not affected by these terms.
